I’m excited to announce that my short story (and debut!), What Must Be Done, is available to read today! It’s just one of the stories in Dark Light Four, the latest anthology from Crushing Hearts and Black Butterfly Publishing.

My thanks to CHBB and editor (also author), Sarah Jayne Carr, for this opportunity to share with the world one of my creations.

And if you’re on Goodreads, check out the anthology’s listing!

What Must Be Done

Igraine Althwaite. She’s young, unmarried, wealthy. A secret telepath.

She is everything the Kerrick Killer wants in a victim.

When her father insists she marry to stave off the attention of the killer, she wants only one man: the unconventional Sterling who seems different like her. Haunted by nightmares of the dying girls, Igraine must possess the heart of the rugged Sterling if she wants to live.

Check out more behind this story! I blogged about it just after I finished the manuscript and I also shared the soundtrack I used to write the story … just in case you’re like me and like a little audio to go with your literature. 🙂
